Join our athletes and coaches as we take an hour for ourselves to focus on our physical and mental health. Each day our head coach, George Caroulis, customizes a combination of strength and metabolic conditioning workouts. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that work every muscle group and fosters improvement.
It’s More than Sit Ups
All classes include a bootcamp workout option. Here we replace complex Olympic lifts of the Crossfit workout with similar body weight or light weight movements. Utilizing the same muscles groups and intensity while meeting you at your personal skill level. These workouts are infinitely scalable.
