Program Description

Our CrossFit & Boot Camp program at CrossFit 2 St. blends high-intensity strength and conditioning with functional fitness. 


Whether lifting barbells or crushing bodyweight circuits, this program is designed to build strength, endurance, and agility in a fun and supportive community. 


All classes include a bootcamp workout option. Here we replace complex Olympic lifts of the Crossfit workout with similar body weight or light weight movements. Utilizing the same muscles groups and intensity while meeting you at your personal skill level. These workouts are infinitely scalable.
