one-on-one private coaching

The Beginner Fundamental sessions include 1 on 1 training with a coach for anyone interested in Bootcamp and CrossFit-style workouts.


The 3 1-hour long sessions will teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit, assess your skill level while also providing conditioning and training.


At the last session, a coach will walk you through the signup process for monthly or annual memberships. Sign up to start training CrossFit in South Philly today!


Once you purchase the three class package, you will get an email to set up dates and times that work for your schedule.
