The Barbell Club at CrossFit 2 St. is an add-on program dedicated to Olympic weightlifting and strength training.
Whether you want to master the snatch and clean & jerk or build raw power with heavy lifts, our expert coaches will help you refine your technique and increase your strength in a structured environment.
